The apartment had free WiFi, which was great for scrolling through social media while sitting on the comfortable seating area. The dishwasher, microwave, and fridge were also available, making it easier to cook and clean.
Oh, how I loved finding out that the pictures didn't match the actual apartment! And let's not forget the joy of the experimental electric installation and the unhelpful management.

Always choose this place for my stay. No regrets. Staff returned my shower bag. Suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, Electric kettle, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils, Cots, Pets allowed, No smoking on site. Coming back for city trip.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious, light-filled, and comfortable. We enjoyed coming back to this cozy spot in the Alfama neighborhood after a long day of exploring. The location was excellent, with wonderful restaurants and attractions just a few steps away. It felt like we were part of a vibrant community, which added to the overall experience.
There were a few issues that affected our stay. The mattresses in the apartment were not very supportive, which was particularly noticeable for us as older guests.

Great location, close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Easy key collection. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Light-filled with a balcony. Helpful hosts. Convenient supermarket nearby. Adequate dining area. Good WiFi.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The location in Alfama was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and sites just steps away. The staff, especially Bernardo and Susana, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.
The breakfast selection could use some improvement.
